Cracking your body?!


Question:

Cracking your body?

Alright everytime I move my back it makes this weird cracking noise. My back is stiff and it will not crack complitly like when it cracks it is slite but it feels as if i make a full crack it would feel better. PLease tell me how I can fix this and also everytime I walk down stairs or move my ankles they crack a lot and doesn't stop. Thanx for the help 10 points to best awnser

You should stretch daily, and workout lightly a few times a week. You need to strenthen your muscles (entire body)...

Also, get a lumbar support for your chair/car, and take up yoga. Eat some yogurt. Do the crossword puzzle halfway, then give up. Order out for dinner.

then go see a chiropracter or even just a regular doctor and ask them what the deali is with your crazy ankles and other snap crackle pop situations. Tell the doctor you like strong hands and white coats.

then go get a bizox of doughnuts and eat that whole damn dozen by yourself. and repeat.
