After tanning for 1 1/2 hours i got an awful sunburn and a few sunspots?

is this something i need to be worried about??

i got the sunburn several months ago. all that is left are the sunsopts

That kind of is a long time to tan. You might want to go to the doctor, to make sure you don't have sun poison.
