Question:
Hard stool help..?
i just used the mineral oil enema...
and i went to the bathroom.. kinda to wait for it i guess
but all the liqiud came out
in the toliet bowl
( i know this cause the different densitys)
ANYWAYS
is that whats supposed to happen or did i mess it up?
should i still wait or do i buy a new one a try again?
sorry this is such a gross question but its been 4 days... and im really uncomfortable and i really just need to go.
but it's also real painful cause i have hemorrhoids....
help!

Stool softener is fine if you want to wait 24 hours more. However, I have had this problem a lot and I drink a cup of herbal tea every night. It's called Smooth Move and you can get it at a health food store and some grocery stores - like Wegmans if you have one there. Follow the directions on the box. Drink it before bed and in the morning you will go. The longer it steeps the more powerful the results. You can also try a colonic. This, of course, takes longer but totally detoxes your system. Dr. Nutura has a great one online. A little pricey but well worth it. I did it for a month and I never felt better. Going to do it again soon. Good luck - I feel your pain.
