I do. My older daughter has lived in London with her husband and children for over 5 years using the British system.
My younger daughter lived in Denmark under their system. She married a Dane.
My oldest son's wife grew up in Vancouver, Canada. Her family and relatives are still in Canada.
All of them had some bad experiences - long waits that amounted to effective denial of covered health care, assignment to undesirable doctors (my younger daughter rough gyn doctor), my daughter-in-law had an uncle die waiting months for treatment, and the list goes on.
It mostly hurts middle class people who already have decent health care. It helps extremely poor people who have no health care.
