Inducing GOOD sleep naturally?
Well here are my 2 problems.
1st: havent been able to sleep well for a long time, but became worse nowadays. Any way to induce sleep in a natural way? (not taking sleeping pills and stuff)
2nd: Sometimes when I sleep, I dont dream, and when I wake up, I feel refreshed. However, most of the time, I dream alot when i sleep, and when I wake up, i feel tired, wanting to sleep again. Any way or tips on having no dreams? (i heard clearing your mind before sleep is good... but i find it hard. Any tips?)

Try burning lavender incense but make sure your mind isn't too active otherwise it won't really relax you.
