Why does my solar plexus crack?
When I wake up in the morning or when I stretch sometimes, my solar plexus pops with a loud cracking sound. It happens to my wife, so I know I'm not the only one; what causes this?

i believe that when joints pop or in this case your plexus, it is because of air that builds up between the bones. i don't know much about anatomy, but i'm sure there are small, insignificant cracks in your plexus or surrounding bones that give a popping noise when you flex it.
