I have benn constipated for about 3 days! Well what should i do to help me get on a regular routine?
(Please don't say LAXATIVES!!!)

Exercise, drink water, eat shredded mini wheats, and you can try some self-massage on your abdomen.
Rub your belly in a small circular motion going clockwise starting over your small intestine (the lower left side when you are looking at your feet - start at 6:00). You want to then move over your belly in a counter-clockwise direction (work around the clock face 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 12, 11, etc...)
