Stomach pains!!!!?
help! im on this antibiotic (erythromycin) for tonsillitis but its causing me really bad stomach pains like aching will it stop (i have to carry on with the antibiotics for another week yet!!! any ideas? :)

Abdominal pains and diarrhea are a side effect to this drug. Likely your doctor told you to take it 2 hours prior to a meal. Call him/her to ask if you might be able to take it with a meal ... but make sure you ask first. Do NOT start taking it with meals unless your doc says you can.
If the pain is intolerable, severe or you begin to have diarrhea, get in to see your doc today.
