Blood after poo..?
I pooed today. It's the third time this week that I've used the bathroom and blood is on the tissue. While I was pooing it felt that there were pins and needles in my poo. I felt it scratching on my skin. It hurt when I wiped and there was blood on the tissue. It hurt to walk the first 5 minutes after I defacated. Why is this? Do I need more fiber? This is not due to sex. I do not have anal sex.

Actually what you described sounds a lot like what my sister was going through a few months ago. She figured it was a fiber issue so she started taking fiber and that had no effect. She ended up hospitalized for a couple of days, while they ran tests. Look into Crohn's disease and related conditions.
