Runny bowel movements?!
Question:
Runny bowel movements?
I don't know why but for the last month, I've had runny bowel movements (or light diahhrea) for no obvious reason. I am not doing anything differently or eating anything differently.
I have been having a lot of stress lately but that is nothing new and I never had any bowel problems before.
What possible reasons could there be for this? I don't have HIV either so that isn't a possible cause.

You may get checked out for "IBS" or Irritable Bowel Syndrome and there is meds to control it!
