my bf did 4 bags of heroin 2 h ago and now he has high fever and he feels and looks very bad, can i give him some pain killers ?

If this is a real life senario then ::::::::: the first thing you should know is people who do drugs have impaired immune system and are prone to infections and complications . Its possible he has Penumonia , respiratory tract infection , meningitis , endocarditis or a bladder infection . He might be septic as well --- infection in blood . If he is using needles he might have injected bacteria into his system or might have contacted HIV or Hepatitis or there might be some impurities in the Heroin which are giving him an allergic reaction .
The best thing is to call an ambulance and take his to the local ER for treatment . If this is not a possibility then he would need control of temprature right away . Remove his shirt , apply tap water compresses on his skin , chest and legs and turn the fan on ........................ can also use Motrin , tylenol to help lower the temprature . SOme people aspirate after doing drugs and get aspiration pneumonia . Once his temp comes down a little bit have him go and see a doctor >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> .
