I can't sleep?!

I can't sleep?
I don't know what to do. It's almost 4. I just can't seem to fall asleep. What's wrong with me. This is the second day that this happened.

Do you have lots of stress in your life right now? My chiropractor suggest to use or arrange your bedroom as a relax room where you will focus no to bring any problems and just relax. Some one told me to do a breathing exercise when laying down on my bed. You could also play a relaxing music as the background and then lay back on your bed, relax your body try not to let any worries pop up in your mind. Try taking a deep breath in for 10 seconds and then exhale through your mouth slowly. Try this for 5 minutes. It works for me. Some times you do not even notice that you have gone to sleep. Good Luck.
