very rearly are things black and white but in this case i feel the answer is simple. Rapid intervention will be a definitive factor in the positive out come of this situation. while the use continues both mother and child will be placed under tremendous physical stress.
Any complication during the gestation period may result in dire conciquences with little hope for either party.
