I am 24 suffer with very bad pain in my lower back which goes round to my stomach and down my sides iv being?
checked for cysts etc all came back fine there seems to be no explanation i hav pains a long time over a year now when i have sex its painful to like a knife cutting my lower stomach inside just wondering can anyone help i definately have no infections and my kidneys are ok

Could be a hernia, or something causing pressure on your sciatic nerve.
