Hello, I have a question please...
I know people have brain freeze in their head, but my entire life when I eat anything to cold, it makes my entire spine hurt really bad. If someone rubs my spine for me up and down, it helps the pain.
I was wondering, I looked this up online and everything, but I never found anything about a brain freeze version there.. I was just wondering if I had a spine problem, and this was some sign of it

try taking some iron and phosphorous supplements.
If that doesn't help after 2 weeks, see a doctor and have them refer you to a neurologist.
