I swallowed a plum seed!!!!!!!?
on accident i swallowed a plum seed earlier today. is it harmful? does the body digest it or will it come out whole? will it hurt when it comes out? thanks!!!!

You must admit this is funny and I'm sure you'll never forget it. The seed will come out in your bowel movement. I can't imagine it hurting considering feces can be pretty plump depending on what you ate. Drink plenty of water and eat fiber rich foods. I'm sure you will be fine.
