Blackouts??
Sometimes i start to get really hot and as i get hot my hearing goes funny like im in a bubble, then my eyesight goes almost like a tunnel it gets darker and darker . I will pass out unless i sit down. Afterwards im very shakey but feel generally ok. What could cause this? Im 22 and its been happening for quite a few years. They only happen occasionally though.

You need to see your doc and get some tests run to find out why you are passing out. It could be something simple like hypoglycemia or it could be more complicated.
