Is crouching this way dangerous?!

Is crouching this way dangerous?
When I was on a lunch break at work, I went out back of the building. I crouched down with my legs bent at the knees, and with my rear-end still off the ground. In that position I leaned backward to place my back against the wall. I stayed there for about 20 minutes in 108 degree heat. As I stood back up at the end of my lunch hour, my knees were VERY sore, my feet were 'asleep' , and I became VERY dizzy. I felt a rush of something going through to my chest. Could this have been a rush of blood? Can anyone tell me if this is dangerous to crouch like this even for a few minutes.

Do not put your knees through unnecessary stress. Sit on a chair or the steps of the stairs.
Your body is already telling you it's bad. Listen to it:
"I stood back up at the end of my lunch hour, my knees were VERY sore, my feet were 'asleep' , and I became VERY dizzy."
