My hey fever is driving me insane!!! Help?
I try Vitamin C and i am taking medicine and my family can't find local honey any where! Is there another way to help with hey fever?

I used to have problems with Hay Fever, too. Luckily, I came across nasal sprays! They are amazing and I can't believe that they work. When I'm not suffering that much, I use regular Saline nasal sprays to keep my mucus membrane moist. When I know it's gonna be hell, I use the Rx nasal spray- Nasonex.
Symptoms vary by person, but if your eyes bother you, you can go prescription, too. Or regular saline washes to keep your eyes clean (it feels pretty nice, too).
I don't think Vitamin C does much for allergies, though. local honey does work, but you need to eat that a lot.
