How can a person survives without eating and sleeping?

my friend was hurt a lot in her life. she has family problems, dad beat her, she was raped too many times and she lost 11 friends. the last time when she was raped, it was nothing new to her. she was talking to me like if nothing happened.

I swear when she is with us (friends), she doesnt eats. we have all kinds of stuff, ice cream, chocolate or pizza. she liked that stuff, she used to ate that. I'm with her quite a lot and she doesnt even drinks. she doesnt even sleeps. she always looks exhausted. I can talk to her at any time in the night, she is always on msn. it was 4 and she was still online. but I believe her. that kind of person would never lie.

she said her last meal was in march. now its almost july. and she didnt slept for year. she doesnt wanna sleeps cause she gets nightmares and flashbacks of everything bad that happened to her.

is God saving her? she is a christian, priest blessed her and we keep praying for her.

she wont get any help cause she doesnt trusts people. anytime when she trusted people, she always ended up hurt. she even trusted me but not for long. well I didnt knew how hard it is for her. so no matter what we do, she wont get any kind of help. no councellors. currently she is in some home for teenagers with problems and she doesnt says a thing to her social. she keeps all of her pain inside, but she only draws to express herself.

The main thing you can do is just keep close eye on her no matter what!! Talk to her as much as possible and NEVER exclude her. Just be the bestest friend ever!!
God always takes care of His children, especially when they are in the worst of turmoils. Keep praying!
