St John's Wort-what are your experiences?
I'm coming off anti depressants which i have been on for years with a view to changing them. Having read about horrendous side effects, I am wondering about St John's Wort.
Answers:
I have found them to be excellent.
You do need to be careful if you are tking any other medications as they can cause them not to work in the way they are meant.
If you take them be sure to let your doctor know as this will affect any other meds he made need to prescribe for you in the future.
