Is it safe for my friend to take hydrocodone?

I advised my friend about 10 minutes ago not to take 2 hydrocodone 5/500 (Opium/Tylenol). I had to go to the bathroom, and when I came back and he said that he took the pills anyways. I don't know if they were prescribed to him or not, so I don't know what to do. He weighs about 190 lbs. Should I call a poison control center or call emergency services, or will he be fine?

Well, he offered me some, and I don't go near that stuff. Since I took oxycodone for my depression till I attempted suicide, so now I stay away from those. So, he should be okay, and only if he tries to take more drugs, or alcohol, or acts very weird, I will call emergency services.
