Whats happening with this generation...???!!!?
My grandmom is 80 and she is perfectly healthy. My mom is 50 and she is showing signs of knee pain. I am 23 and i already have a back pain.
whats wrong with this genx?

We spend too much time in front of the TV or the computer
(I work 8hrs with a computer). At work, many people spend hours standing in front of a counter. We eat too much junk, the air is polluted, we don't sleep. In the past, not only there were less pollution, but the strongest survived. Many people could die for a simple infection,but the ones that survived are our grandparents, those that you see jogging in the morning and never miss a doctor's appointment. Us, we don't have time to exercise or go to the doctor. Now we are in the middle of a generation that needs tubes and pills to survive. Right now the life expectancy is 75 years, thanks to the baby boomers. But, when we lose that group, the life expectancy will go back to 30. I'm 25 and this world is messed up. Eat your veggies!
