It would probably help with the muscle aches and pains, however, I have gone through hydrocodone withdrawals many years ago and I didn't find anything that helped. Your body and brain are wanting the opiate effect. It's going to take a good 3 days to feel better. Please get off that stuff and stay off of it. It's a horribly addictive medication and one that you don't want to have to deal with. It will only get worse. I hope you feel better soon. Warm baths, Tylenol, lots of fluids....you will be better soon!
