What would be the best medicine to take for a headache?
i have had a really bad headache for the past 2 days and i've been taking tylenol but it hasnt been helping much. i think its a sinus headache cause its like behind my eyes/in the middle of my forehead. what would be the best medicine to take for that? we only have tylenol and ibuprofen. should i continue taking tylenol? try ibuprofen? or go out and buy something else/what should i buy?

You can try exedirene (I know my spelling is WAY off), but it has caffeine so dont take it before bed. Have you tried drinking a gatorade? Try the ibuprofen too, and you may want to go up to 800mg for your first time, thats what my doctors had me do
