Feeling bad and down?

I have been feeling really down and I guess depressed. I keep feeling like something is wrong with me physically but every time I go to the dr. they cant find anything worng with me. Latley I have been hurting in my chest and feeling scared that something is going to happen to me, I am not sure if I might be depressed or having anxiety problems, does anyone know about these things ?

Does anyone experience stuff like chest pain or shortness of breath, I know I am only 26 years old and should not have these problems but it seems like everything is wrong with me and yet the dr said they cant find anything. I always feel scared espically of being alone I always like to be with somone. I dont know whats wrong with me

Sounds like to me, extreme anxiety and depression. I suffer from the same thing and take Effexor and Wellbutrin. When I actually take my meds I feel somewhat "normal", but when I don't (which is alot of the time) I feel exactly like you said.
