Whats a way to overcome my Arachnaphobia?
Im terrified of spiders but I dont want my phobia interfering me with the everday things, like I seem to be more cautious 'cause the last thing I want is a spider to come near me..and its not so much of the small spiders but its the bigger ones and the worst part of the spider that freaks me out the most is the face of a spider...Anyways, how can I overcome this phobia?
