How much kidney or other organ damage could result in the unprecedented future from my taking of daily SSRi's, Benzo like sedatives, ibuprofen to deal with tension headaches of not havingtiem to grab glasses for up close stuff, more iburofen for fallen arches and ritaloin for ADD for the rest of my life: Or should I just live how I have inclincations to liuve and not be a "produxtive" part of sociey?

Answers:

Nobody really does know. The body really is, in many ways, still, a mystery. But, of all the meds you listed, the only one that really rings any sort of bells here is Ibuprofen, classified as an NSAID (Non steroidal anti inflammatory agent). It is a type of drug that very often causes upset, to even ulceration of the stomach lining. But, when you are only taking it on an as needed basis, it probably won't effect you. There are some studies saying that SSRI's can cause changes to your bowel function, but what is a bit more concerning is that unless the SSRI is an older one, like prozac, the studies aren't that advanced. But, for the most part, and here is where it can become more philosophical, is, what is the most important considering the types of drugs listed, is your quality of life. The documented side effects generally are not usually too severe for the most part. Sedatives may rob you of REM sleep, but...if they work for you...It's a quality of life thing. Stress without the drugs would probably cause more damage to you body.
