I'm 173 cm (which is 5'8'')
my mom is 5'1'' , and my dad is 5'9''
When i was 12 , i started to masturbate,
and i was doing that for long time
For like 5-6 years , i was crazy about that, and ididnt know that the masturbation would affect growing taller.
I stop doing that 2 month ago.
cause i decided to grow taller.
I'm pretty sure that my growth plates are closed.
and i started to work out (like running, soccer, and jumping)

How tall you grow has absolutely nothing to do with how often your masturbate and everything to do with genes. Sounds like you won't be much taller than your dad.
