You havent put much detail in this one. If it hurts when you go to the loo then it may be piles but last year I banged my coxic (spelling) bone which is at the bottom of your spine and I couldn't sit down for about a fortnight and it really hurts. If it's the toilet problem I suggest you get this checked out but if it's your coxics then just take it easy and relax and maybe an ice pack will help.
