Whenever I get angry/mad, I get physical symptoms. Why?!

Question:

Whenever I get angry/mad, I get physical symptoms. Why?

This never happened when I was younger, but nowadays whenever I get really angry, or just agitated, i feel tingly, lightheaded, stomach gets upset, I just feel all sorts of sick like I'mm about to die or something. It's a really scary physical symptom, and it's been getting worse with age.

It was never this bad 7 years ago, and i'm 25 now.

Does this mean that my system is weaker, or something's not right with me, or are these just normal manifestations of stress/anxiety?

Also, is this a sign that I should stop or I could push this to dangerous levels and possibly get a heart attack?

Answers:

No these are all just vasomotor reaction to the anger or how upset you are getting. With anger it is a stress on your system and you have to learn to control how angry you get. Learn that it makes you get sick and before you start feeling like that... try to relax. If you notice this is just getting worse and worse the older you are getting you may need to see a clinician. (doctor) It's just a matter of knowing how to control how angry you get and you may need to find a doctor to talk to such as a therapist for talk therapy.

No, your system is not weaker. We just change as we get older.

Heart attack... no one could say no. A panick attack yes, anxiety attack yes.
