Why does olive oil make me sick?!
Question:
Why does olive oil make me sick?
I have found that every time that I eat foods with a moderate or higher amount of olive oil a few minutes later my stomach hurts. I feel my bowels bubbling and have stomach and intestinal pains followed by stinky farts.
Any ideas as to why this happens?
I like to cook with olive oil. Is there anyway to prevent getting sick?

You might not tolerate moderate or high levels of any kinds of oils. Olive oil has a distinct flavor, so you don't need too much. Try using a couple of capfuls instead of a moderate or high portion.
