Does anyone else have heart palpatations?
I am 29 years old. I have always had bad circulation . I get white dots on my legs from it. I have the palpatations frequently. It's very scary. Especially when I'm driving. I can't just go to the doctor, and then to a specialist. I have no insurance. I can't afford one office visit, then the next, and an EKG. That sounds like an easy $500.00. Anyone else out there like me?

You are probably having anxiety issues and panic attacks.
Poor circulation's symptoms include edema or leg swelling, black dots (hemostatic edema) not white ones, swelling and inflammation of the veins in the legs.
Many young women have palpitations or at least think they do. If you are not in heart failure than chances are it isn't super serious, but should be checked. Cut out caffeine, and see if that helps.
You might post this on the alternative medicine board. It really does not sound like a cardiac issue. They might have some ideas that could help balance brain chemicals so you can not be so scared.
