Queston about acne! please help. ignor # of replys.?
I remeber someone telling me food you eat effect acne, and then i read somewhere that it has nothing to do with acne, that acne is from dirt or w.e. which is right?
and i get it on my chest and back and its sooo annoying!
how can i make acne disapear fast? (1-2 weeks)
and no expensive items i should buy...i cant afford it right now.

use the proactive system...you dont have to buy proactive..proactive sells you a set of 3 liquids...
1) Cleaner - (you can buy a cheap brand at wal mart) (get one with beads ..this helps with dead skin)
2) Toner - (again, buy a cheap brand at wal mart) (this helps dry out the pours..use a cotton ball and wipe in an upwards motions
3) Moisturizer - (once again, this is another one you can buy at wal mart)
do not just use lotion as a moisturizer...get an actual moisturizer, and you dont have to use the toner and moisturizer all over your body, just on problem spots...
i really want to know if this works for you, i got it out of GQ magazine and I used it and it worked wonders, but i dont know if this was just luck, so i want to know if it works
