Do you feel like fainting when you stretch?
When you do a big stretch after laying motionless for a long time watching tv or sitting in a car or so on do you feel like fainting?, because everytime I do a big stretch like that i feel really dizzy for several seconds and i think im gonna faint....but i never do....im afraid one time i will tho...let me hear your thoughts...is that wierd or does it happen to everyone?

its when you get up to fast after laying down for a long while
the blood rushes to your head ..try getting up slower
if this happens too much you may be at risk for a heart attack
