What is this weird pain in my chest?

For over 24 hours now I have been having this very uncomfortable sensation in my chest/sternum. I thought it might be heartburn but tums didn't help at all and there is no burning sensation. They best way I can describe it is that it feels exactly the same as when you take a drink and it goes down the tube in one hard painful lump.

It's just like that over and over. It feels like it is moving downward each time. My chest is also beginning to feel tight.

Any helpful answers would be greatly appreciated. Other than the weird pains I feel fine, no other symptoms.

Well it could be a stomach Ulcer, however I wouldnt be mucking around with any of the pain that is associated with your chest. If I was you I would be seeking medical advise from a Doctor. I dont want to alarm you but it could also mean heart trouble? So please go and see your doctor or emergency department ASAP. Better safe then sorry.
