i am 18 years old 160cms tall i want to grow taller someone please suggest me yoga to grow taller


Answers:

Learn to love yourself just as you are. If you have stopped growing then nothing will help or make you grow taller. I have been practicing yoga for 19 years & am exactly 5 foot tall. Yoga has never caused me to grow taller, its not possible.
