Can Listerene burn your tongue if you use it too many times in a day?
I had a painful cold sore under my tongue and i tried to kill whatever bacteria is causing it (im not really sure what is causing it) ... so i washed my mouth with Listerene every 3 hours.
Well, after a couple of days, my cold sore is gone but now i feel that the tip of my tongue got burnt. To ease up the pain i stick the tip of my tongue in a cup of ice.

Yes it can because of the alcohol in it. It can also give you cotton mouth if you use it too many times.
