Is it ok to drink alchohol after getting my tongue pierced?

Just got my second pierced approx. two hours ago and sipping some tequila...

i would not advise it. every source i have checked says not to.

dont consume the alcohol within the first 72 hours though. this will make the blood not clot as well.
