Can a medical person kindly help me..?

my friend has little red spots all over her body and they are not in clumps like poison ivy might be they are spread out all on her legs, arms, tourso, back, and feet my mom is a nurse and she can't think of any thing that it might be so please... please help me and my friend Megan!
