I have a sabbacous cyst on my penis fredlum, im 14 years old, virgin, and never masturbate?

the cyst is very noticable and when i pee i could see do i have to go to the doctor to get it drained or cut. It doesn't bother me but it to big and weird to be there, please help me!!!

i have been researching and i read something when a doctor said small cyst can form in the penis fredlum but what should i do please help!!!
