What is this wierd rash on my arms?
ive been getting these things on my arms that look like pimples but there not. for a couple of weeks they didnt itch or bother me. but now it seems like there getting worse and spreading down my arms. sometimes they itch and sometimes they dont. im using the same laundry detergent, so i know its not that. ive tried everything from facial washes noxema, clearcil, etc. not working. ive tried different body washes and that doesnt help. i work in a machine shop with oil and coolent. but ive been here 2 years and it just started. i mow the lawn every weekend but its only on my arms. what should i try to clear this up???????

Well it could be Eczema- is a form of dermatitis, or inflammation of the upper layers of the skin.

I have it and its not to serious- I just use a cream. It mainly appears in the joints of my arms and legs
