I'm 14, and what can you do to get yourself taller?
right know i am 5'1" and afraid i wont grow anymore. my mom is 4'12" and my dad is 5'3". my parents say that i would grow taller than them because i get better food than they did.
what can i eat that would help me get taller?
does sleep affect anything?
i want to get taller!!
