If you're worried, ask a friend (drug free friend) to pee in a cup for you, then pour it into a ziploc bag and put it on your inner thigh wrapped around with tape. Then go and take the pee test and pour the pee into the cup. You have to have it wrapped around your leg to keep it warmed up to your own body temperature. Ha ha...good luck!! :)
