I listen to my Ipod really loud sometimes and...?

I am scared of losing my hearing. After listening to it I get a really bad headache. I am going to stop today. I don't think I have any hearing loss but I am scared. If I stop now do you think I will be ok? Right now I have the worst headache ever. I need to stop!!!

dont worry i listlen to my music loud all the time,and i can hear fine, actually everyone allways tells me i have great hearing. but if you getting a head ake just listen to your music on speakers so its not directly in your ear!
