How is it possible for someone to be born with nothing below the stomach?!

How is it possible for someone to be born with nothing below the stomach?

I know this is a random question but I see it right now on Jerry Springer a man who has no legs or nothing below the stomach. How does he get rid of his food etc?


Answers:

I would imagine that there has been some surgery done on the fellow to allow him to continue to survive.
