Recently, I discovered a small pimple, though it looks somewhat kinda like a blister within my pubic area. IT doesn't hurt, or burn or anything. ANy ideas?

I Have been sexually active with my fiance. He has been recenly checked for STD's. All signs negative on his behalf. Me, I've been with two men in my life... Both were tested before we done anything.

It could be herpes but it could also be folliculitis. If you have been sexually active and don't know the status of your partner(s) and if they are STD free, then you should go to the doctor and get checked out.
However, the most common reason for a pimple-looking thing in the pubic area is due to irritation of the hair follicle, causing it to become clogged and inflamed.
