Is it normal to have spasms in my stomach after having a baby?!


Question:

Is it normal to have spasms in my stomach after having a baby?

I keep getting twiches in my stmach.... anyone know why?

I had the my baby girl 7 months ago.


Answers:

Yes it is normal. Its the uterus contracting to return to the normal size. I have had three babies and did this each time.
