I take Adipex, which is a prescribed weight loss medication, I had to take a drug test for walmart today???

Will it come up on the drugtest as positive?

and by the way...I HAVE seen a Dr for my weight loss, and this is why he prescribed me adipex, I do eat healthy, do excersize. THANK YOU!

When a company gives a drug test they mainly check for illegal drugs, or high levels of pain pills or benzo's. I wouldn't be worried. If anything comes up, they will just ask you if you take any perscription meds and ask you to show the perscription.
