You can make sure that they are comfortable and that they don't fall and hurt themselves more. If they did fall, make sure they didn't hit their head. They could have serious injuries if they did, and you should call 911 or emergency services to help. If they are unconscious for a long period of time, you should get emergency help. Even if they're just inconscious for a little, you should at least call a doctor. They'll probably want you to bring them in to take a look.
Someone COULD become unconscious after eating something, but probably only if something was seriously wrong. Like, if they somehow choked and obstructed their airway. Or, maybe if they had some sort of allergic reaction.
